My Buddy Nash

This is my friend Nash.  He's the first dog I met after Bubbles and Baboo picked me up.  Nash is loaning me his first crate from when he was a puppy, he's too big for it now and I'm growing into it.  Unfortunately Bubbles says she didn't have the camera the first day we met, or you could see how much bigger I am now.  You notice I'm playing the Alpha dog.

Rolling around in the grass is fun.  But you notice who's got all the grass on him.  I might become a "dog wrestler" when I get big.  I sure got him down.

Nash is taking a break, but I'm still ready to go, just jumping all over him.

Nash has lots of toys in his backyard, so we played ball for a bit, you can see who's got it, I may be small but I'm quick at getting things I want to play with.

We got all the grass off Nash and then went into the house to play.  He's got a Funky Chicken too, I guess Galliano gave him that, they were buddies too.

Funky Chicken is lots of fun.

This is Bubbles picking me up, to show how big I'm getting, when we came ove the first time, she carried me in one arm.  At my last Vet check for my final shots I weighed 28.6 lbs, so I'm getting big.

This is Adrian and Lori, they are Nash's Mom and Dad.  They are really nice.  Adrian is going to go away for awhile to Afganistan, so we have to keep him in our thoughts and prayers.  I'm sure I'll get to play with Nash while he's gone, and Nash will get to come to my house.

Sundays with Cuervo are Fun !

Sundays are pretty relaxed, we go for a walk, and then I try and carry up the newspaper.  They are pretty big on Sunday, and so Baboo helps me.  Then he likes to sit on the couch and read the newspaper, I help him.

Bubbles likes to call me, and see if I want to do something else so Baboo can read his paper, but guess what I just like to help him.

This Sunday was really fun because Colton and Zachary came by.  I like to be with the boys.  Here I'm giving Colton a little nudge so he knows I'm here.

Of course I couldn't give Colton a nudge without being equal and giving Zachary one too.  He's got glasses like Baboo's and I just want to help keep them clean so he can see better by giving them a little lick.

I know Zachary didn't have anything in his hand, he's just trying to distract me, but I'm pretty smart and planning my next move.

Surprise attack!  It's always good to have the high ground.

Ok, it's quiet time now with Colton, I think I antagonized them enough.

Carole and Me

This is Bubbles Friend Carole, she's an artist too, and squeezes and hugs me alot when I see her.  When I go to Bubbles Studio I get to see Carole alot, and she throws a ball up and down the hallways.  It's always fun to see Carole.  Carole does cool pop art pictures of animals.  She did one of Galliano who was with Bubbles and Baboo for a long time before he went to doggy heaven.  You can see the type of stuff she does at http://www.reeceartstudio.com/index.html. 

Hiking in the Garden of the Gods

I really like to go hiking in the Garden of the Gods, it's not far from the house, and sometimes we walk all the way from our house, around the garden and back home.  That's alot.  When we're there I like to play Hide and Seek from Bubbles and Babbo.  I know they can't see me behind this bush.

Here is Bubbles and Me on a rock.  Taking a little break.  It's always alot of fun.  It's funny to watch Bubbles and Baboo chase me, when I find Horse Poop, and Deer Poop, you know Deer Poop looks just like Raisanettes, and I think those are Goooddddd.  But they don't want me eating them and run right up to me when I find them.  To get me a way they ususally bribe me with a treat, which is pretty good too.   It's a fun game.

This is my favortie pasttime after we get back from a hike.

They Are Everywhere

New Year Meeting Friends

On New Years Day we went up to visit Toby.  He's a Westie, which I thinks means "smaller than me"  This is in his backyard, and our standoff getting to know each other.

Toby has a pretty nice backyard, and there was still some snow.  I really like the snow, and Toby showed me around the yard.

This was a pretty neat spot, with some nice snow.

Chase what a game to play, I'm pretty fast, Toby's pretty fast too.

We then moved into the house to play, I was towering over him.

I was taking a break.

Toby thought he could hide from me under the table, I fooled him.  I could fit too, but maybe not for much longer.

New "MuttLuks" in the Snow @ the Cabin in the Mountains

The day after Christmas was another adventure.  We went up into the moutains to Mar and Lynn's cabin to play in the snow.  But before we went Bubbles had gotten me some "MuttLuks" to take care of my paws.  You can see Bubbles holding me here showing off my new shoes.

These are pretty cool and keep my tutsies warm.  I found a pine cone, they are fun to chase.

I'm glad I had my MuttLuks, the snow was really deep in spots.

After playing in the snow alot we took a break and played a dice game.  I got to watch, I really liked watching those dice bounce along the table.

Bubbles got one chip back.

Boy on the ride home was I tuckered out.  I curled up in the back seat and slept all the way home.
